NT Labs Marine Buffer Powder increases the carbonate hardness helping to stabilise the pH and preventing a pH crash. Check your pH regularly

KH will maintain a pH and you should test KH at least every week

to top up add at dosage rate of 10ml powder per 100 litres of aquarium water to raise 3 dH increase in alkalinity

keep adding in dosage additions leaving 1 hour between additions and re test to check KH level has increased to that required.
