Certain species of bacteria such as Aeromonas and Pseudomonas cause fin, mouth and body tissue to be eaten away. Early diagnosis is essential to prevent the infection becoming fatal. Anti-Ulcer & Finrot is an effective medicine against these bacteria.

single dose treatment means use once to effect a treatment.

If after 7- 10 days the fish is not improved  repeat treatment can be conducted after a partial water change (40 %)

you should not need more than 2 treatments , otherwise seek advice on diagnosis
