History of NT Labs

New Technology Ltd founded in 1976 in Hadlow Kent with a simple range of products for marine aquariums alongside experimental fish breeding (marines) and Fish farming consultancy .Freshwater Tropical products were added shortly afterwards together with Artemia Revolution which was the world's first commercially available decapsulated Brine Shrimp product.

Aquality Springfield Ltd took over that small range in 1981 - and changed name to NT Laboratories Ltd 1982 (NT Labs) and quickly introduced many more new and innovative products to the aquatics market in the Pond line and then Koi Care. This innovative and progressive stance of the company continues to this day and quickly put NT Labs on the map, supported with industry publications and awards it was not long before the product portfolio grew dramatically along with the company and industry into what NT Labs represents today, A valued and respected Brand in its own right.

1979 Supplied the UK market with Artemia Revolution.

1982 Pet Product Marketing, October issue Aquazorb. First activated Zeolite product in Aquatics

1985 Pet Product Marketing , October Exhibition Alexandra Palace : Star Product Award Best packaging  for First use of  Twin Neck Dispenser Bottle - Pond Eradick / Bacterad Aquasure and Aquaclear

 The introduction of the very first Barley Straw Pouch to remove Algae and Blanketweed...

1997 The introduction of robotic automated packing machine "Daisy" for Barley Straw Pounch production

1985 The first twin neck dispenser bottle for packaging and applying pond treatments - Eradick, Bacterad and Aquaclear.
