You can log in to your account with us at any time to check on a retail order status, view messages, check completed orders, view contact details, look at recently viewed items and update your address book. As a direct retail customer we recognise the need and urgency of your order for medicinal products and the need to despatch promptly , this we aim to do on same working day for orders placed by mid day, please bear in mind we do not operate at weekends but will process on Monday any orders placed online at that time.
